Pricing

How Cirquolus pricing works.

Every proposal is scoped to your modules, companies, branches and users, so you pay for what your first phase needs, not for the whole ERP. Here is what goes into the number and how to get yours.

What a proposal is based on

Six things shape the price.

  1. 01

    Modules

The applications in your first phase: one module such as payroll or Business Compass KPI, or a connected set across departments.

  2. 02

    Companies & branches

How many companies, stores, offices, warehouses or plants the rollout covers, and how they are structured.

  3. 03

    Users & access

How many people will log in and which roles need access to which pages and approvals.

  4. 04

    Data migration

What you bring over and how clean it is: employee records, asset registers, item lists, opening balances.

  5. 05

    Configuration

Approval stages, payroll rules, asset categories, job order workflows and KPI scorecards set up around how you work.

  6. 06

    Training & rollout

How many teams need training, and whether you go live in one phase or several.

Getting your number

From first call to scoped proposal.

  1. Call or book a demo. Tell us which modules matter most and how your companies and branches are set up.
  2. See your own workflow. We walk through the modules using your scenarios and confirm what the first phase needs.
  3. Get a scoped proposal. Modules, data migration, configuration, training and a phased rollout, in writing.

Keep the first phase lean

Ways to control the cost.

  • Start with the module that hurts most. Payroll errors, missing assets or production you cannot see are good first targets.
  • Pilot one company or branch. Prove the workflow, then roll it out to the rest.
  • Clean your masterfiles first. Tidy employee, asset and item lists before migration and less rework follows.
  • Add modules in phases. Connect finance, POS or Vault once the first module is running smoothly.

Before you decide

Pricing questions

Do you publish a price list?

No single list price fits, because a payroll-only rollout for one company and a multi-company rollout with production and finance are very different projects. Tell us your modules, companies, branches and users, and we will prepare a scoped proposal.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. You can start with the module that solves the most urgent problem, such as payroll, assets, production or Business Compass KPI, and add connected modules in later phases.

Is the demo free?

Yes. The demo and initial consultation are free. We use them to understand your structure and priorities so the proposal reflects what you actually need.

Does adding a company or branch later mean starting over?

No. Cirquolus supports multiple companies and branches in the same setup, so you can add them as you grow. New companies, branches, users or modules may change the scope of your proposal.

What affects how long implementation takes?

The number of modules, companies and branches, the condition of your existing data, and how many teams need training. A phased rollout lets you go live with the first module sooner.
